Terms and conditions

  • 1.1 Bookings are valid after:
         a) The booking form has been completed and received by me.
         b) The appropriate deposit has been paid.
  • 1.2 The person completing the Booking Form agrees to the Booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form, including those substituted or added at a later date. That person must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be 21 years or over. Bookings can not be accepted from parties of young people under 21 years of age.
  • 1.3 A deposit of £100 per week must accompany bookings, which is non-refundable. The balance must be paid ten weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a Security Deposit of £150. The Security Deposit will be returned after the completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss is reported by the Management Company.
  • 1.4 The renter agrees:
         a) to pay the full cost of any breakages, losses or damage to the property (my Management Company will be sole arbiters          of cause of damage or loss)
         b) to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday
         c) to report any damage or loss immediately it is discovered to my Management Company in Florida
         d) to permit reasonable access to the property to carry out maintenance if necessary
         e) not to sublet or share the property except with persons nominated on the Booking Form
  • 1.5 No liability is accepted by me for loss of main services or failure of appliances, nor for the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may control supply of mains service, nor any actions taken in the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control of by me.
  • 1.6 The property is available after 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
  • 1.7 I CANNOT accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused by any reason or any claim made as a result of a booking. Please make sure you take out an adequate travel insurance policy or policies to cover all risks. This waiver is also applicable to people visiting the property as guests of the renter(s).
  • 1.8 I CANNOT accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused or for any such claim by a third party as a consequence of actions bythe you and other people occupying the property during the period of the let.
  • 1.9 The swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee arranged on your arrival with the management company. Persons may use the swimming pool at their own risk and should always observe the safety rules.
  • 1.10 All alarms in the property must not be tampered with.
  • 1.11 For everyone's comfort and health the villa is of non smoking status.
  • 1.12 Please make sure you have ample holiday insurance as I cannot offer any refunds through cancellations by yourself or any members of your party.
